Dyson Richards applies three decades of experience and skills building federally focused IT and consulting companies to continue to enhance cBEYONData’s reputation as a leading product development and professional services firm. Dyson works with customers, government leaders, strategic partners and cBEYONData’s practitioners to align corporate offerings with the evolving needs of our current and future clients. Dyson served in the U.S. Navy where he operated nuclear power plants aboard the USS Enterprise. After 8 years of service, he leveraged his Navy roots in the government contracting industry serving in roles of increasing responsibility at Newport News Shipbuilding, Keyfile Corporation, Vredenburg, American Management Systems (AMS), RGS, USfalcon, and Xcelerate Solutions. Dyson holds a M.S. degree in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a B.S. degree from The New School in New York.

David Schmidtknecht has over 30 years of technical and management experience in the Information Technology industry and is responsible for setting long term sales and delivery strategy for cBEYONData’s suite of products and solutions. In his new role of Chief Solutions Officer, David will focus on leading the development, sales, and customer success of the CFO Control Tower and BAS solution lines. The recent sales success and list of prospects continue to grow at a rapid pace requiring a dedicated executive to support to these solutions. David will focus on providing a strong vision for the CFO CT line of solutions in addition support our CFO CT customers and delivery teams. David is a recognized leader in business analytics and federal financial management and has a long track record of managing a number of successful firms. Prior to founding cBEYONData, David worked as a Vice President at Data Management Group, Controller at Collaborex and, Practice Lead at Noblestar. David has his CPA and PMP and holds a M.S. degree in Finance and B.S. degree in Accounting from Strayer University.

Dawn Sedgley, Chief Capability Officer and President of cBEYONData, is a leader and subject matter expert in ERP design, implementation, testing, and advisory capacities for over 20 years. Dawn has experience in both the private and public sectors in the areas of Budgeting, Planning, Management Accounting, and Effective Enterprise Management. Dawn’s mission for cBEYONData is to remain at the forefront of advanced strategic and managerial accounting practices within sophisticated ERP environments. Her vision for cBEYONData has been realized by fostering the company’s reputation and developing a team of highly specialized consultants. Dawn’s role includes operating as project lead and knowledge consultant for full-lifecycle system integration projects; Management accounting conceptual design; business process re-engineering; implementation of best practices; managing various projects and project teams simultaneously, and in-depth business case analysis. By performing and monitoring these events, Dawn successfully addresses clients’ corporate and project expectations, through sound recommendations and effective enterprise optimization solutions. Dawn’s expertise in managerial accounting and SAP systems led her to co-author The 123s of ABC in SAP, published by Wiley in 2001. She graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Planning, and completed her MBA, with concentrations in Logistics & Transportation and Information Systems, from the University of Tennessee in 1992.

Gray Beck has over a decade of experience in successfully delivering professional services to federal, state, and local government customers. As the CFO, he is responsible for planning and executing cBEYONData’s financial strategy and managing the Company’s finance and accounting functions. Gray’s focus is on optimizing the Company’s financial resources to continue to develop and deliver best-in-class service offerings. Prior to joining cBEYONData, Gray, held CFO roles at Klein-Hersh International and Quadel Consulting. Gray holds an M.S. degree in Finance and a B.A. in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, as well as a PMP certification.

Keith Johnson has over 25 years of technical and managerial experience in the Information Technology field. As the CTO for cBEYONData, Keith manages teams of IT professionals on our various projects, he also provides technology expertise for our proposals and oversees the company’s technology infrastructure, technological planning, and development. Keith has led teams of analysts, programmers, and technical experts in the development of enterprise-wide, mission-critical applications using a variety of development tools across numerous platforms. Keith has managed and implemented numerous data warehouse, business intelligence, and enterprise information management solutions using technologies such as SAP BusinessObjects, MicroStrategy, and Microsoft. Prior to joining cBEYONData, Keith worked as the CTO at Data Management Group, Integration Manager at iFinance, and Data Warehouse Practice Manager at Noblestar. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.

During his 28year career, Michael Huffman has spent over 18 years building, growing, and managing organizations, programs, and projects. He has extensive experience with consulting services delivery, including successfully winning and managing Firm Fixed Price and Time and Materials (T&M) contracts. Michael has managed organizations and projects ranging from small projects with one resource to large programs with values exceeding $100M and a staff of over 120 people.  He has 15 years of expertise with large COTS ERP and financials systems including the Oracle eBusiness Suite and CGI’s Momentum. He has direct experience with large system implementations and ongoing operations and maintenance of ERP systems. Michael has federal government financial expertise demonstrated via engagement with IAC/ACT, AGA, OMB and Treasury as the Federal government moves into the cloud and toward a shared services model. He has led the application of agile project management techniques and provides hands on experience implementing agile principles and processes.

At cBEYONData, he is responsible for program oversight of customer engagements, as well as helping to expand on the success the company has serving Federal government customers. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Old Dominion University and a Master’s of Business Administration from the College of William and Mary. He is also a certified PMP as well as holding multiple agile certifications.

Cherie Dugas is a leader, architect and subject matter expert driving solutions in complex ERP environments, both commercial and federal, for over 20 years.

Cherie has experience in Human Resource Management, Accounting, Cost Management, Budgeting, Planning and Enterprise Data Warehouse through design, implementation, testing and sustainment on multiple programs.

After graduating from Tulane University with a Masters in Accounting degree in 1998, she went on to serve as a Controller of a maritime company and then on to payroll accounting for a fortune 500 company. Both of these opportunities exposed Cherie to the world of ERP implementations (both Oracle and SAP) where she served as the accounting and human resources business process subject matter expert on the implementation teams. Then, in 2001, became a consultant herself, where the marriage of her business process background and technology capabilities came together.

With 20+ years of consulting experience, Cherie continued to provide her expertise to clients on large, complex engagements as the Director of Mentoring and Skills Management at Alta Via Consulting. This position allowed her to work with all the consultants in the company to ensure they are being coached and mentored in their careers, optimally trained for personal and professional growth, and given the opportunities to become the best consultants they can be within the company.

Now as the new Director of DoD Client Services, she takes pride in the culture of cBEYONData as well as what it produces for its clients and believes that starts with its people.

Ryan Ferrario

Ryan Ferrario has been supporting the Federal Government for over 20 years and has an extensive track record of successfully managing and overseeing concurrent customer IT programs. As the Director of Client Services, he is responsible for overseeing all details for our clients, ensuring that all work is delivered on time and within budget. Ryan has over 15 years supporting Data Analytics and Business Intelligence initiatives within the Federal space, including over a decade doing so with Federal Financial data. He holds both a Top Secret clearance and a PMP certification and has direct experience with large ERP implementations and support. Ryan is a 1999 graduate of James Madison University’s College of Business.

Chris Jackiw

Christopher (Chris) Jackiw, is the Vice President of Operations at cBEYONData and is responsible for managing operations, strategic alignment, and partner development. Mr. Jackiw’s experience covers the application of advanced cost management concepts that includes RCA (Resource Consumption Accounting) analysis, business processes, activity-based costing, and establishing performance measurements. In 2001, Mr. Jackiw co-authored with partner Dawn Sedgley, The 123s of ABC in SAP; a valuable reference book for ERP implementations in the SAP-CO environment. Mr. Jackiw has been involved with
integrating cost concepts into client-specific implementations, using cost management systems from vendors such as SAP AG; macs Controlling™; and Jedox-Palo BI Suite™ for over fifteen years.

By combining his analytically insights of advanced cost concepts with his base knowledge of customization with software tools, Mr. Jackiw has had the pleasure of consulting for a wide cross-section of industries. These industries range from manufacturing to professional service firms, including several federal governmental agencies. Over the span of his consulting career, Chris has made several presentations including SAP’s Sapphire FI-CO Conference; CAM-I’s Public Sector Conference; Institute of Management Accountants’ Annual Conference; and other AICPA presentations. He also is actively engaged as a member at the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA), Illinois CPA Society (ICPAS) and a board member of the RCA Institute.

Chris Jackiw, a Chicago native, graduated in 1989 from Northern Illinois University’s College of Business and has obtained both his CPA and CMA designations. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Chris leads a very active personal life raising his three young sons along with his wife of almost twenty years.

Frank Ruff has been a thought leader and visionary in the planning and analytics space over the past two decades. He has a proven track record of building effective teams and commercially successful products. Mr. Ruff has advised the largest companies in tech, financial services, energy, higher education, and now brings his expertise to the Federal Government.

In his new role as Vice President of Solutions, Mr. Ruff is responsible for leading a rapidly growing solutions team that is laser focused on bringing modern technology and efficient processes to the federal government. Frank also leads the customer success function so he’s also responsible for the overall success of our solution deployments. He works closely with all areas of the business to ensure cBEYONData solutions deliver value to our customers. Frank also serves as the chief solution architect ensuring that products are designed and built to the highest standards.

During his 25+ year career, Frank has focused almost entirely on planning and analytics solutions. Frank’s passion for planning and analytics has led him to hold many roles in this area. He’s been a leader in development, product, and customer success and knows how to deliver valuable solutions to customers. He has advised a wide range of organizations across industries and geographies.

In Kamran Khan’s 35+ years in federal government contracting, he has helped multiple small, medium and large businesses successfully promote and execute a wide range of IT solutions and services including business systems solutions, cybersecurity services, network engineering and management, IT service management, program management and automation. Kamran has built and let business development organizations that resulted in their substantial growth and eventual acquisition by large businesses. He has led business development and capture efforts to successful pursue and win multiple GWACs and Agency IDIQ contracts with total contract ceiling exceeding $20B, and has won over $300M in funded work.
At cBEYONData, Kamran is responsible for expanding cBEYONData’s stellar data analytics, business intelligence and financial data management and reporting solutions and services into the DoD, and supporting other growth efforts as needed.
Kamran holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from George Mason University and a Certificate in Procurement and Contracting from the University of Virginia.

Carolyn Hoskins is an experienced recruiting professional with over 20 years of recruiting and human resources experience. Her recruiting expertise spans across multiple disciplines from project management to information technology to accounting & finance. She has significant experience recruiting cleared professionals in the federal government sector, as well as for Fortune 500, nonprofit and state/local government. Carolyn’s focus at cBEYONData is to manage the recruiting process from sourcing of candidates through onboarding of new employees. Prior to cBEYONData, Carolyn spent 2 ½ years at Data Management Group as the Senior Technical Recruiter. Additional experience includes over 8 years in the staffing industry recruiting and placing high level Accounting & Finance professionals. Carolyn has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from George Mason University.
