We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technical Analyst to join a larger team that supports our Federal customer in the identification and automation of Momentum processes. The RPA Technical Analyst will follow the full lifecycle of development and deployment of processes to be automated. Candidates should have familiarity with Federal financials, experience with Momentum is preferred. This is a full-time position on a multi-year contract that will allow for remote work with occasional on-site client meetings in Washington, DC. Responsibilities:
  • Map end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
  • Design, test, and launch RPA solutions.
  • Develop RPA best practices for clients, helping them define and implement long-term RPA strategies.
  • Train clients on the use of RPA technologies and in automation best practices.
  • Work within a larger RPA development team to identify automation requirements, produce documentation, and develop/deploy automations.
  • Interface directly with customer stakeholders to understand process workflows, inputs, and outputs.
  • Define business requirements and create detailed business analysis, process assessment, and solution for stakeholder.
  • Assist with code review, system test, and conduct UAT.
  • Create process workflows and/or Process Definition Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD).
 Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience, with at least one year of experience with Robotic Process Automation.
  • Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of experience in lieu of degree.
  • Knowledge of UiPath Task Capture application is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS, and analytics tools is a plus.
  • At least one year of Federal government consulting experience, preferably within Federal financials.
  • Willingness to become certified in Robotic Process Automation.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance, active clearance a plus.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.

Our consultants work with our clients to build, sustain, and support their large-scale SAP implementations. Responsibilities:
  • Have extensive experience working with BusinessObjects Webi creating complex reports
  • Advanced knowledge in report context, alerts, ranking and other slicing and dicing of data on report
  • Experience building Lumira Designer dashboards
  • Understand logical and physical data modeling and methods for optimizing the BusinessObjects reports

cBEYONData is seeking an SAP Material Management (MM) Consultant to join our team supporting the US Army. Our consultants work with our clients to build, sustain, support their large-scale SAP implementations. In this role, you will work closely with end users to provide production support (training & break/fix) and will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the US Army’s General Fund Enterprise Business System. The ideal candidate will have prior DoD experience, ERP experience, and/or Systems Implementation experience and be familiar with E2E DoD Procure to Pay business processes.   Responsibilities:
  • Provide SAP MM/Spending Chain functional support for the Army GFEBS Program
  • Engage end user community/process owners to define requirements, and translate those business needs to guide the design process and make system design decisions
  • Review/approve documentation (system functional designs, system configuration designs/rationale, test models, test results, and training documentation)

In this role, you will lead opportunity identification, capture, and drive us toward winning new work with current and new Federal Government clients. Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the identification, pursuit, and winning of new business opportunities.
  • Monitor government agency procurement information for potential opportunities and updates to include budgeting, sourcing, and capture analysis.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives; translate that knowledge into customer-tailored, differentiated solutions.
  • Initiate the sales process by building relationships, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling meetings with decision makers at federal departments and agencies.
  • Capture new opportunities by preparing a capture plan, developing target client relationships, establishing teaming arrangements with partner companies, and taking actions to improve the probability of a contract award (p-win).

Requirements:
  • Ideal candidate will have over 15 years of federal government delivery experience as a contractor or government employee. Experience areas of particular interest include budget formulation, budget execution, accounting, financial reporting, project management, team lead, working in a SDLC environment, agile techniques, and RPA. The combination of federal financial management experience with IT services is preferred.
  • College degree (4-year degree or higher) is preferred.
  • Federal BD experience including lead generation, pipeline management, capture activities, and demonstrations/presentations to federal decision makers.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, candidate should be comfortable meeting and interacting with new people at trade shows and conferences as well as cold calling future sales prospects.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
  • Well established networks in the public-sector community; candidate must establish/expand relationships with prospective clients, as well as identify and develop relationships with current and future partners.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Federal Government contracting processes and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
